Ever since I can remember I have had either a camera, pen or paintbrush in my hands. I grew up on a small farm in the country side of the Willamette Valley where I spent more time outside than in, even during the rainy Oregon winters.

This shaped the way I view the world. My childhood filled with creativity and wonder inspired my later studies in cinematic arts at the University of Hawaiʻi.

Since then I have had the opportunity to work at PBS Hawaiʻi, as well as write and direct multiple films.

My goal as an artist is to use the same childhood wonder that has always inspired my art to examine our current reality and imagine a new one.
